Health fair in Jackson promotes healthier lifestyles

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) and the American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative (ALCSI) hosted a health fair on November 15, 2025, in downtown Jackson.

The health fair was about engaging the community in the importance of knowing their health status and the different ways to adjust and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Organizers said it’s time for Mississippians to make healthier lifestyle choices.
