In a moving testament to the bravery of our city’s first responders, two Saint Paul police officers have been recognized for their life-saving actions during a fiery emergency earlier this year. Officer Cruz and Officer Foy, who didn’t hesitate to charge into an apartment engulfed in flames, were honored with the department’s Life Saving Award.
