BLANCHARD, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A new chapter begins for families in Caddo Parish where a local school breaks ground on its path toward a new educational journey.
Excitement and community support were in the air Thursday afternoon in Blanchardwhere Donnie Bickham Middle School breaks ground on its new addition. A wing that is expanding the campus to become PreK-8th grade.
“For years our students and staff have thrived in separate buildings but we’ve always shared the same core values. A dedication to learning, growth and community.
