SAN ANTONIO – A mother won’t face charges in connection to the shooting death of her 8-month-old daughter. Court records show the case against Ruby Mora has been dismissed. She was facing a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
This goes back to April of 2023 when Mora and her boyfriend Alejandro Martinez were arguing, which turned into a struggle. Mom was holding her little girl Rosalinda. Martinez had a gun in his waistband and at some point during the fight the gun went off. The baby was shot and later died…
