Nampa Residents Invited to Apply for City Board and Commission Vacancies

The City of Nampa, Idaho, is seeking applicants for open positions on several city boards and commissions. Mayor Debbie Kling announced the openings. All appointments require approval from the Nampa City Council before terms begin.

One position is available on the Airport Commission. This commission manages the municipal airport. The term is five years. Applicants must live within Nampa or its impact area. The commission meets monthly and advises the city council on airport matters.

The Board of Appraisers has two openings for four-year terms. Candidates must be Nampa residents. The board recommends rates and fees for water, irrigation, and sewer services.
