GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Building a traditional home can take months, and with construction costs climbing, that’s pricing many buyers out of the market.
But members of new partnership in Northeast Ohio say they’ve found a faster, more affordable way to build.
“Our builders told us the most economical way to build a home which people don’t even know about is concrete these days,” explained Ron Carson, vice president of business operations for real estate investment fund GLH. “They’re doing it all over Europe, but no one is doing it here in the Cleveland region.”…
