BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police have arrested a man in a deadly shooting that happened in Pratt City Nov. 13.
Jeffrey Rogers, 25, of Birmingham is charged with murder and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
