ALBEMARLE COUNTY, V.A. (WVIR) – Giant Food’s ‘Lend a Hand for Hunger’ drive works to help families facing food insecurity in Central Virginia, collecting food and funds to support the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
“This is where the community really comes together,” said Les Sinclair, communications manager with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. “It’s these moments when you realize that we are all looking out for each other.”
