An Elyria woman with four drunken driving convictions since 2009 and whose driver’s license was suspended for life in 2018 is facing criminal charges after being stopped and arrested and charged with a fifth DUI offense earlier this month.
Selina Spinks, 39, of Long Avenue, was arrested Nov. 8 in the area of Bon Air Avenue and Duffey Street on two felony DUI charges. She pleaded not guilty at her arraignment Wednesday in Elyria Municipal Court and is free on bond, according to court records, which did not list an attorney.
