MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Fire Department announced a new Assistant Fire Chief of Operations.
Kenneth Newton joined MFD in 1992 where he rose through the ranks as Fire Inspector, Fire Lieutenant, Battalion Chief and Division Chief.
