SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The man accused of shooting into the ABC10 building is expected to be in Sacramento Superior Court on Thursday, November 20, for a new arraignment.
ABC10 is told that in October, an additional charge was added to Anibal Hernandez Santana’s state criminal case. ABC10 is working to confirm the details of that charge.
