School bus fire on I-49 in Opelousas caused by blown tire leads to heavy traffic delays

A school bus in St. Landry Parish caught fire on I-49, sending thick smoke into the sky and causing heavy traffic delays. The fire was attributed to a tire blowout, according to school officials.
