Madison Man Faces Multiple Charges Including Possession of Stolen Firearm in Pewaukee, Authorities Issue Bench Warrant After No-Show in Court

A recent bust during a routine patrol in the City of Pewaukee has led to multiple charges against a Madison man. According to a social media post from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, a Deputy came across an individual asleep in his vehicle on October 28. The vehicle was parked in a park-and-ride lot and, upon approach, the Deputy reportedly saw drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle. A subsequent search revealed two small bags of methamphetamine, two smoking pipes, and a 9mm handgun with an extended magazine, which was confirmed as stolen.

Kevin Pila, the man from Madison, Wisconsin, faced charges in Waukesha County Circuit Court, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, and bail jumping. These charges came after his arrest on October 28, and he was expected to appear in court subsequently for this case.
