LUBBOCK, Texas — The Hill & Loppolo Oral and Dental Implant Surgery announced, Kevin Perry, as their 9th annual Smiles for Soldiers program recipient.
Kevin Perry, a 51-year-old Air Force local veteran and USPS city carrier has faced decades of PTSD and anxiety. Along with nearly all of his teeth missing or broken, making everyday interactions and family moments challenging.
The Smiles for Soldiers program brought past recipients back together to welcome this year’s honoree and “pass the torch,” creating a deeply emotional moment that celebrates nearly ten years of giving back. Founded by Dr. Ioppolo, provides free, life-changing full-arch restorations to veterans who face barriers to care, including those who do not qualify for VA dental benefits.
