LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A man is in custody in Little Rock in connection with a nearly two-year-old homicide investigation
Officials with the Little Rock Police Department said that 19-year-old Ricky Minor has been extradited to Little Rock from Texas and is expected to face a first-degree murder charge in the death of 17-year-old Marquette Muhammad.
Little Rock police looking for 2023 deadly shooting suspect
The arrest comes after a Dec. 14, 2023, incident when Muhammad was shot at home in the 7700 block of North Chicot Road and died at a local hospital.
