Two years after Oregon Rd & Gray Fires, runoff and erosion causes headaches for Spokane County landowners

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Two years after two deadly wildfires burned thousands of acres and destroyed hundreds of homes throughout Spokane County, the damage still runs deep and it’s creating new problems.

Problems like the ones Arthur Dibble, Jr. and his family are now dealing with. He and his family moved to rural Spokane County from California eight years ago.
