CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A medical helicopter pilot was killed in a crash on Interstate 24 involving a vehicle that plunged into the Red River in Clarksville.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 52-year-old Michael Atzert was killed after a car collided with his on I-24 at around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday.
