On Nov. 15, 2025 at approximately 6:49 p.m., Southern Regional Police officers responded to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the Giant in Shrewsbury, according to a Facebook post by the department.
Upon arrival, officers found a mother and young child who had safely exited the vehicle, said the post.
