San Francisco police are investigating how a person wound up unconscious in San Francisco Bay near Fisherman’s Wharf on Saturday afternoon.
The SFPD’s Marine Rescue Unit was responding to another call when crews noticed a person unresponsive in the water near Pier 43, which is at Jefferson Street and the Embarcadero.
