Crime of Week: Man robs Lower Valley store at gunpoint

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking for your help in finding a man who robbed a Lower Valley convenience store at gunpoint earlier this month.

This is this week’s “Crime of the Week,” as publicized by Crime Stoppers.

At about 11 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, a man walked into the DK store at 9370 North Loop. The man went straight to the clerk, placed what is believed to be a gun on the counter, and demanded money, according to Crime of the Week.

The man fled from the store with a small undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as Hispanic, with a light-complexioned, 5 feet, 8 inches in height, with a thin build. He wore all dark clothing, including a black face mask.  Witnesses also noticed the man was wearing latex gloves…
