University of Illinois College of Medicine graduates next class of future doctors, scientists

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The next generation of scientists and doctors are one step closer to the workforce.

Sunday the University of Illinois extension celebrated its latest graduating class.

24 students walked across the stage at the Coronado theatre to receive their degrees. These graduates spent years training and will now enter the workforce at a time when college leaders say they are needed more than ever.
