The city of Loveland will target the aviation and aerospace industries with a new incentive program to attract investment and high-paying jobs. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the program will target those industries and also the Northern Colorado Regional Airport, which is transitioning from an entity governed by a Fort Collins and Loveland airport commission to an airport authority.
