COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) – A Covington community gathered Sunday night to honor Randy Helton, who was killed in a house explosion Friday morning on Garrard Street.
The explosion also sent Helton’s sister to the hospital, where she remains.
“He was over every day at my house, raking the yard, decorating, taking my garbage cans in and out. Constantly,” said neighbor Debbie Connell.
