Jamie Holston and Gabe Earnest led the list of winners at the Fall GALOT 250 last weekend at Darana Motorsports Park.
DUNN, NC – FTR Events kicked off the weekend at Darana Motorsports Park last weekend with their Fall version of the GALOT 250, crowning winners on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Racers competed in a 32-car shootout on Thursday, and for $20,000 on Friday and Saturday along with a second chance race.

Thursday
Sanders Woolfolk picked up the first win of the weekend in the $6,000-to-win shootout over Peter Biondo in the final round.
Friday
Gabe Earnest found himself in the winner’s circle for the first $20,000 big check of the weekend after defeating T.G. Paschal in the final round.
Saturday
Jamie Holston carried his blown dragster to the final round and took home the final big check of the weekend after defeating Russel Penny.
In the second chance race, Michelle Pelo picked up the $5,000 check after Will Creasman turned it red at the hit.
An avid racer herself, Megan Strassweg, 27, sees her two worlds collide with DragChamp – journalism and drag racing. Megan resides in Evansville, IN, and she pilots a 2015 American Dragster in the NHRA North Central Division 3 Super Comp series, along with some local bracket racing on the side. Her passion for racing began early, having grown up at the racetrack, and she remains committed to the sport.
