A new housing project is planned to target low-income renters.
A groundbreaking ceremony for “The Franklin,” a modern workforce housing development, is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 17, at 10 a.m. at the intersection of South Murray Avenue and West Franklin Street in Anderson.
