Lexington ice cream company Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream has something new to celebrate: They won a blue ribbon at the recent “ConeCon.”
The North American Ice Cream Association named Crank & Boom’s Dark Chocolate Truffle flavor a blue ribbon winner at its 2025 National Ice Cream Awards, held earlier this month in West Palm Beach, Florida.
According to the national group, the gathering of hundreds of ice cream professionals and dessert entrepreneurs from across the country is the industry’s largest event.
