HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Horry County authorities have charged a 26-year-man with third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor after getting a tip about alleged criminal activity on the social media app Snapchat.
Damion Demetrius Frazier, 26, was arrested on Friday by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children task force and booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center, online jail records shows. He posted a $2,500 bond and was released on Saturday.
