Years in the planning and permitting stages, Camaratta Companies and area officials gathered for the groundbreaking of the massive Kingston community in Estero.
Cameratta Companies announced their celebration on Thursday, Nov. 13 with builders Lennar Homes, Neal Communities, Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison and Kolter Homes.
The groundbreaking event included company executives, elected officials, project partners and community leaders.
Following site work, the project now transitions to construction and comes years after Cameratta Companies initially proposed development plans, with significant opposition by environmental groups concerned about the Wildlife Corridor to allow natural migration and space for threatened, endangered and other native animals…
