TARENTUM, Pa. — Police departments in multiple western Pennsylvania communities are investigating after flyers promoting the Ku Klux Klan were found in residential areas, according to our CBS affiliate KDKA.
The flyers have appeared in towns including Tarentum, Brackenridge, and Indiana Borough. Law enforcement is asking residents with doorbell or surveillance camera footage to review their recordings and report any activity related to the distribution.
In Indiana Borough, a woman reported that roughly a dozen flyers were left on her front lawn overnight. She told authorities that while she is white, her husband and three children are Black.
