POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A traffic enforcement operation on Interstate 4 led to the arrest of an Orlando woman Saturday night after a Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputy clocked her traveling at over 113 miles per hour.
The incident occurred near Polk City on the evening of Saturday, November 15th, at approximately 10:40 pm. A PCSO deputy was conducting traffic enforcement when they spotted a black BMW motorcycle operating recklessly.
According to the PCSO, the motorcycle was seen “traveling at a very high rate of speed, dangerously weaving through traffic.” The deputy’s radar unit confirmed the extreme speed, measuring the bike at 113 mph—43 mph over the posted 70 mph speed limit…
