CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Dozens of family members, victims and first responders gathered at Virginia State Police headquarters Sunday for the annual World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
Tammy McGee organized the event each year after her 16-year-old son Conner Guido was hit and killed by an underage, unlicensed driver in 2019.
