A Cumberland County woman wanted in connection with her daughter’s 2023 overdose death is now in custody.
According to the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, Annjalee Nunez turned herself in to the Mechanicsburg Police Department on the evening of November 12, 2025. She was preliminarily arraigned and committed to the Cumberland County Prison without bail, pending a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Birbeck.
