We all get sad when a restaurant in Amarillo closes, especially when it was a decent place to eat. Then we find out a new restaurant is moving in and taking the place of that long-gone eatery. Will it be just as good? Will it be the same type of food or something completely different?
That’s exactly what’s happening with the old Rib Crib building. They came to Amarillo, and when they opened, they were on point.
Why Rib Crib Left the Building
However, as the years went by, the food and service seemed to decline. A truck drove through the wall of their building, and not long after the reconstruction, they closed and left the Yellow City.
