IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Two Iowa City police officers were hurt while arresting a man Saturday morning.
Police say Jaquon Hemphill, 25, of Iowa City brandished a gun from his waistband and said he’d kill someone around 3:18 a.m. at The Quarters parking lot of Highway 6.
