A United Airlines flight traveling from Dallas to Chicago made an unscheduled stop in St. Louis after a passenger claimed that his wife’s luggage contained an explosive device.
United Airlines Flight 380 was headed to O’Hare International Airport when the pilot diverted to St. Louis Lambert International Airport, landing at approximately 8:39 a.m. local time on Sunday, Nov. 16, according to reports from KSDK and the New York Post. Authorities said the man who made the claim has since been arrested.
