APPLETON (WLUK) – Bailey Laux was convicted Monday for the texting-while-driving crash which killed one person on I-41.
Laux, 26, pleaded no contest to homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle for the May 3, 2022, crash which killed Chelsey Jennings.
