A Van Meter woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly scratched a Van Meter man’s arm in the course of a dispute.
Tegan Marie Rist, 36, of 520 Lynnwood Lane, Van Meter, was charged with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
