AUBURN, Wash. — King County prosecutors say it’s unclear when an Auburn man accused of fatally punching another man at a concert over the summer will return to Washington state to face a judge.
Devin Brice McCurdy, of Auburn, was arrested in Alabama last week and was slated to appear in King County court on Nov. 17.
