The holidays are known for overindulging and overspending, which is bad news when nearly 22% of U.S. adults report binge drinking in the past month and the average household has over $10,950 in credit card debt. To see where these and other vices are most costly, the personal-finance company WalletHub today released its report on the 2025’s Most Sinful Cities in America, which compares more than 180 U.S. cities based on seven sinful behaviors: anger and hatred, jealousy, excesses and vices, greed, lust, vanity, and laziness.
