Adam Westlee Mendez, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the tender age of 12. Born on January 17, 2013, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he brought joy and warmth to all who knew him. As a 6th grader at Midway Elementary, Adam was known for his bright smile and friendly demeanor.
Adam had a passion for soccer, which he loved playing in his free time. His enthusiasm for the game reflected his vivacious spirit. He attended Western Hills Church of Christ, where he strengthened bonds with his community and embraced his faith.
He is survived by his loving family, including his father, Nehemias Mendez; mother, Melissa Weiblinger; step-father, Mark Phillips; and his brothers, Jose, Alan, Jacob, and Isaac, as well as sisters, Carolina, Alice, and Sarai.
