Man arrested after shots fired during domestic dispute

GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – An Arcanum man has been charged with felonious assault following a domestic dispute that allegedly involved gunfire last weekend.

According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block of Willis Road at approximately 12:20 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15. They had received reports of shots being fired into a residence.

The suspect, identified as Dante Genovesi, 32, Arcanum, had fled the area prior to deputies arriving on scene.
