KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is making changes to a program that helps combat homelessness in Knoxville.
HUD is projected to redirect federal funds away from the Continuum of Care (COC) program, which helps charitable organizations secure long-term housing to people suffering from homelessness.
