ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man was released on his own recognizance after deputies say he stabbed another man during a fight in Lima over the weekend.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened late Nov. 15 at a residence in Lima. Deputies were alerted after the victim showed up at Highland Hospital in Rochester, reporting he’d been stabbed earlier that night.
Investigators say 35-year-old Ryan Kirk got into a fight with another man, and during the altercation, Kirk allegedly stabbed him. Deputies arrested Kirk at the scene and charged him with second-degree assault…
