Chefs join forces to provide free turkey dinners this Sunday, Nov. 23

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – They’re known for serving top-notch food at restaurants all over town. Now, they’re joining forces to feed those who need it most.

“We kind of had this idea to get together as local businesses and give back to the community,” said Marcus Hartford, a well-known private chef and caterer in Toledo.

Hartford is teaming up with Jameshia Polk of The Flava Spot and Rickey Szymanski, owner of Chow Boss Food Trailer. They’re going to serve free Thanksgiving Dinners to the community Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m..
