Wilmington, Del., is now among the growing list of cities in the Philly region looking to crack down on E-Bike and E-Scooter riders who ride irresponsibly and dangerously.
The electric modes of transportation have become more common in cities like Wilmington, due to their ability to be faster and more capable of carrying things like groceries in comparison to regular bikes, but are also more affordable than a car.
