AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Fire Department reported that it was called to a fire in the 3800 block of East Amarillo Boulevard Monday afternoon.
According to officials, when crews arrived they found an abandoned trailer house, tree, and power pole had caught fire. Due to high winds the fire was spreading rapidly leading to a second fire alarm.
The fire was reported out as of 3 p.m. No injuries were reported and the Fire Marshall’s Office is on scene to investigate.
