JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A nationally recognized restaurant owner is helping bring new life to a historic building in the Belhaven community.
On Monday, the Jackson City Council unanimously approved granting a special exception to Chaz Lindsay, to transform the Shady Nook into a lunch and meeting space.
