Guns found during traffic stop lead to arrests of two teens in Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Two teens, including Martichio Neal, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old, were arrested on weapons charges after police said weapons were discovered in a car during a traffic stop on Friday.

According to the Rockford Police Department, officers stopped a car in the 2300 block of N. Central around 7:40 p.m.

Authorities said one of the guns was found on Neal’s person, and the other was located within the vehicle…
