MADISON, Wis. — The 37th annual Holiday Fantasy in Lights has returned to Olin Park, offering six weeks of free, drive-through light displays for the community.
The event is organized by NECA and IBEW Local 159, with support from numerous sponsors, volunteers and partner organizations. Organizers say the goal has always been to give the community a no-cost, family-friendly tradition to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
