Idaho Power customers have the opportunity to provide input through Thursday on a proposed electricity rate increase that is set to take effect for the coming year.
Under a proposed settlement agreement, which has yet to be approved by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, Idaho Power’s revenues would increase by $110 million, or 7.48%. The public hearing is taking place after Idaho Power came down from its initial proposal seeking a $199.1 million, or 13.09% increase in revenue.
